Daniel Escobar is a GRAMMY award winning recording engineer, mixer, and producer located in Los Angeles, California. Born and raised in Cali, Colombia, at a young age he was drawn to playing the guitar, developing a passion for rock music. This love blossomed into forming his own band, Emery Heights from Houston, Texas. Escobar had a small home studio setup making him the de facto recording engineer for the band. Even though the band eventually called it quits, Daniel continued to record the local rock bands in Houston. Wanting to deepen his knowledge with recording music, he moved to Florida to attend Full Sail University obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Recording Arts.

Escobar’s professional music production journey began at the famous Hit Factory Criteria in Miami, Florida. He started as an intern and worked his way up to being an in demand Engineer. While at Hit Factory, he collaborated with renowned producers such as Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, Scott Storch, and Timbaland.

In 2022, Daniel made the decision to move to Los Angeles, CA in hopes to expand his clientele list. Since then, he has worked with notable artists such as Lil Wayne, Sia, Alec Benjamin, Flo Rida, Marc Anthony, Offset, Karol G, Jeremih, and Rosé. He also added a collection of accolades winning his first GRAMMY for Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media for Barbie The Album - “Pink (Bad Day)” by Lizzo and is RIAA certified multi-platinum for various artists such as Polo G, Lil Nas X, Marc Anthony, and Myke Towers.

Escobar strives to create a harmonious and dynamic soundscape that fosters a deeper sensational connection through amplifying a song’s emotional essence to captivate the listener. Every decision he makes is meticulously crafted, ensuring that the music remains faithful to the artist’s vision while delivering an immersive experience.
