Todd Hurtt, born with humble Midwest beginnings and a passion for creating music, has been at the forefront of some of today’s biggest recordings. Starting in the high school band, his musical interests grew into DJ-ing local events. In a thirst to expand his knowledge, Todd attended the engineering program at the Los Angeles Recording School (LARS). Since then, he has become a sought-after engineer/producer for many artists across multiple genres. Are you a fan of hip hop? He’s done that! Pharrell, J Cole and Snoop Dogg, just to name a few. Or maybe R&B is more your jam…with the likes of Kelly Rowland, Mary J Blige and Keyshia Cole as examples. He has even ventured through alternative rock, Pop and dropped the bass in EDM with notable acts such as Incubus, Miley Cyrus and Skrillex.
Hurtt has nearly a decade’s worth of experience working professionally creating and recording music. It’s not all work though with this guy, he enjoys developing up-and-coming talent and educating the next generation of creatives. We’re not anywhere close to being done hearing what Todd Hurtt can and will bring to the present and future of the music industry.
